1. General Terms
By placing an order with PT Pratama Jaya Group, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders, quotations, and agreements between PT Pratama Jaya Group and the client.
2. Order Process
All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or our official quotation form. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to all products and varies depending on the product type. Orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in USD and are FOB (Free on Board) from our factory in Indonesia unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit upon order confirmation
- 50% balance before shipment
Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. After this period, prices may be subject to adjustment due to changes in raw material costs or exchange rates.
4. Production & Lead Time
Standard production lead time is 21–42 business days depending on the product type and order volume. Lead time begins after order confirmation and receipt of all required materials (artwork, labels, accessories). PT Pratama Jaya Group will provide regular production updates at key milestones.
5. Quality Control
We maintain strict quality control procedures throughout the production process, including raw material inspection, in-line quality checks, and final inspection before packaging. Clients may arrange third-party inspections at their own cost with prior notice.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping arrangements are made based on the agreed Incoterms. PT Pratama Jaya Group will provide all necessary shipping documents. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance and carrier delays.
7. Returns & Claims
Claims for defective goods must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, accompanied by photographic evidence. PT Pratama Jaya Group will assess all claims fairly and offer replacements or credit for verified defects. Custom-made products cannot be returned unless they deviate from the approved specifications.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and branding materials provided by the client remain the client's intellectual property. PT Pratama Jaya Group will not reproduce, distribute, or share client designs with third parties without written consent.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the business relationship, including pricing, designs, production methods, and client lists.
10. Limitation of Liability
PT Pratama Jaya Group's liability is limited to the value of the defective goods. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from any order or business relationship.
11. Force Majeure
PT Pratama Jaya Group shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Indonesia.
